Terms of Service

The service

The Incrk Website Service is an ongoing monthly service. For $25 CAD per month it includes a professional small business website with the essential pages your business needs, a domain, hosting, SSL/HTTPS, a search-friendly structure, a contact form with email delivery, reasonable text and photo updates, and basic website maintenance. Bilingual websites are available.

A one-time setup fee of $99 CAD covers the initial design, build and launch. It is payable only once you have reviewed your website and it is ready to go live.

Search visibility

Websites are built with a search-friendly structure and clear business information to help search engines and AI-powered search tools understand your business. Search rankings and AI visibility depend on many factors and cannot be guaranteed.

Scope of updates

Reasonable text and photo updates are included — for example phone numbers, business hours, photos, an additional service, wording, prices or your address.

Online stores, booking systems, customer logins, databases, complex quoting tools, additional service pages and custom web applications are not included and are quoted separately.

Billing

When your website is approved, you receive a secure Stripe link to pay the setup fee and start your recurring $25 CAD monthly subscription. Receipts and payment records are provided by Stripe. Incrk never receives or stores your card details.

Domain

Your domain is registered, renewed and managed by Incrk on your behalf while your service is active. If you cancel and would like to keep your domain, it can be transferred to you for a $25 CAD transfer fee.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through Manage Billing or by emailing info@incrk.com. Your subscription is cancelled at the end of the current billing period.

Content and code ownership

Your logo, photos, text and business information always belong to you. The underlying website template, components and source code remain the property of Incrk.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for having the rights to any logos and photos you supply.
